New Yorkers love to hate NYC. We love to complain about crowded subways. The smell of summer. The cost of a sandwich. But after two months of sheltering in place, restless city dwellers are longing for the days when we could pay $20 for a cocktail or yes, even be crammed into the L train during rush hour.

The ABCs of NYC: an illustrated alphabet of typical things in the Big Apple New Yorkers usually complain about but would love to have during quarantine times. It's a humorous series that pokes fun at our beloved NYC – the smell, sounds, and the ridiculousness of it all – but celebrates why we love it so.
